Lunar Lupus Consulting stands for the idea that a company works together like a well-practised pack rather than a rigid block: with clear roles, trust and a shared direction. We bring years of entrepreneurial experience — from IT and digitalisation to organisation and positioning.
A pack does not work because someone is loud. It works because everyone knows their place, and because decisions hold. Exactly that can be built in a company — it only takes someone who asks the uncomfortable questions.

Assertions get undercut with facts.
We do not advise with slides but with experience from our own company. What we recommend, we have either built ourselves or got wrong ourselves — usually both, in that order.
That also means we contradict. If a decision rests on assumptions that can be checked, we check them. If something does not exist, it gets made.
